TL;DR
Billing & Cash Applications Team Lead (NORAM) (Billing/Order-to-Cash): Leading billing and cash applications operations for the NORAM region with an accent on invoicing accuracy, credit/rebill processes, compliance, and team development. Focus on improving Order-to-Cash efficiency, resolving operational issues, and coordinating with Finance, Collections, Sales Operations, and Customer Success.

Location: Mexico City, Mexico; hybrid model

What you will do

  • Lead and develop a team of Billing and Cash Applications professionals based in Mexico.
  • Oversee billing, cash application, credit/rebill, and related Order-to-Cash activities for the NORAM region.
  • Ensure operational accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution of issues.
  • Drive process improvements and identify opportunities to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Partner with Finance, Collections, Sales Operations, Customer Success, and business leaders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading teams in Billing, Cash Applications, and Order-to-Cash operations.
  • Experience supporting the NORAM region is required.
  • Strong understanding of invoicing, cash application, credit/rebill processes, and month-end support.
  • Advanced bilingual English is required.
  • Proven leadership, coaching, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with Navision, Dynamics, ServiceNow, or similar ERP and business systems is required.
