TL;DR
Senior Software Engineer (C#/.NET): Developing and maintaining client-facing and server-side applications, APIs, automated tests, and software documentation for federal government projects with an accent on Agile delivery, secure development, and cross-team coordination. Focus on leading software development, reviewing code, troubleshooting vulnerabilities, and building CI/CD and test automation workflows.
Location: Remote within the United States; U.S. citizenship and Secret security clearance required

What you will do
- Lead software development and coordinate project objectives between project management and development teams.
- Design, develop, manage, troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade client-side and server-side applications.
- Develop effective APIs and test software for responsiveness, efficiency, and reliability.
- Write test cases, demonstrate releases to test teams and customers, and participate in Agile delivery.
- Review code, document software development, and produce detailed technical documentation.
- Assess and remediate vulnerabilities and collaborate with customers to enhance existing software.
Requirements
- MA/MS in a related field with 10+ years of software engineering experience, or BA/BS with 15+ years of experience.
- U.S. citizenship and an active Secret security clearance are required.
- Active CompTIA Security+ / IAT Level II certification is required.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Agile methodologies, and software development lifecycle management.
- Programming experience with C#, ASP.NET, .NET 6+, Blazor, JavaScript, NodeJS, and Angular.
- Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Cypress, or Playwright, plus strong debugging and technical writing skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Amazon AWS or Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with SQL and manual, automated, unit, integration, and functional testing.
- Knowledge of bug-tracking systems, computer architecture, data analysis, and collaborative Agile work.
