CyberArk Engineer (Secrets Manager / Conjur)

What you will do

• Design, configure, maintain, and support CyberArk PAM, Secrets Manager, and Conjur On-Prem environments.
• Integrate Secrets Manager and Conjur with CyberArk PAM/Vault environments, OpenShift/Kubernetes workloads, and GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• Configure RBAC, policies, credential rotation, Safes, CPM, secret retrieval workflows, and secure application onboarding.
• Build and support HA/DR, TLS and certificate management, audit logging, backup and recovery, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams across networking, DNS, firewalls, load balancers, Linux/server environments, and enterprise authentication.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, document configurations, and support architects and clients during implementation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in PAM, cybersecurity, identity, or security engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with CyberArk PAM/Vault, CyberArk Secrets Manager, and Conjur On-Prem.
• Experience integrating secrets management with OpenShift/Kubernetes and GitLab CI/CD.
• Working knowledge of RBAC, credential rotation, Safes, CPM, policies, secret retrieval, and privileged access controls.
• Experience with HA/DR, TLS/certificates, audit logging, networking, and security hardening.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, independent-working, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• CyberArk Sentry – Secrets Manager or CyberArk CDE – Secrets certification.
• Additional CyberArk certifications, including Defender, Sentry PAM, or CDE – PAM.
• DevSecOps, APIs, automation, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, container security, and automated application onboarding experience.
• Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks and vulnerability management.
• Programming or scripting experience with Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
