Analyst - Customer Success (On Premise) (Data Analysis/Retail Insights): Delivering local and multi-country customer success projects through data analysis, insight creation, reporting, and client support with an accent on translating data into actionable client value. Focus on analyzing complex business questions, resolving data and methodology issues, and creating high-quality reports and presentations.
Location: Budapest, Hungary
Salary: HUF 6,947,500–9,433,450 gross per year

What you will do
- Collaborate on the setup and execution of local and multi-country customer success projects.
- Create insights by preparing briefs, retrieving and analyzing data, storyboarding, and building presentations.
- Support customers with data issues, data pulls, methodology questions, database setup, change requests, and product coding questions.
- Create ongoing and ad hoc reports and develop expertise in Discover and reporting tools.
- Contribute to team KPIs and ensure deliverables meet Process Quality Requirements.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in data analysis and applying analysis to client-related business issues.
- Experience collaborating on projects and maintaining positive client relationships through value delivery.
- Strong analytical thinking and proficiency with software and digital technologies.
- Fluent English and strong communication and presentation skills.

- Knowledge of the On-Premise or HoReCa industry.
