Service Partner Program Specialist

Location: Onsite in Concord, Ontario, Canada; up to 10% domestic travel with occasional international travel.

Annual salary: CAD 75,000–85,000, plus eligibility for bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do

• Administer the full lifecycle of Authorized Service Provider, channel partner, and OEM service programs, including onboarding, qualification, authorization, renewal, and offboarding.
• Maintain partner documentation, supplier records, certifications, agreements, and approvals to support compliance and audit readiness.
• Coordinate partner training, certification, technical resources, system access, documentation, and software enablement.
• Monitor performance metrics, compliance status, certification expirations, operational risks, and controls over systems, intellectual property, documentation, and software licenses.
• Collaborate with Service, Quality, Procurement, Legal, Finance, Sales, and regional teams to resolve issues and apply global standards consistently.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, or Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience supporting operational, quality, compliance, or field service programs.
• At least 1 year of experience maintaining records, documentation, and process controls.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems used to track compliance and supplier data.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.

Nice to have

• Project management experience involving cross-functional collaboration, reporting, KPI tracking, and process documentation.
• Experience supporting supplier, channel partner, or contractor management programs.
• Experience in a regulated or quality-managed environment, including audits and corrective actions.
