What you will do

• Lead the process technology strategy for the DLE operation.
• Manage process optimization, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership to operations, project, and commissioning teams.
• Ensure process stability, quality, productivity, and recovery targets are achieved.
• Lead process control, process engineering, technology improvement, operational readiness, and facility ramp-up activities.
• Drive innovation and best practices to maximize plant performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of industrial processing experience.
• Experience leading process engineering and process technology teams.
• Strong knowledge of process optimization and process control systems.
• Experience supporting plant start-up, operational readiness, or commissioning activities.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Postgraduate studies in Process Engineering, Metallurgy, or Operational Excellence.
• Experience in lithium, mining, chemicals, or hydrometallurgical operations.
• Experience with advanced process control and digital technologies.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
