What you will do

• Support assigned tasks for the Commercial Ground Operations team.
• Work cross-functionally with Flight Operations as part of Ground Operations.
• Identify operational risks and escalate safety-critical matters to the Ground Operations Lead.
• Support non-flight operations, including drone dropoff points, manual data collection, and merchant launch readiness.
• Collaborate with software and hardware teams to provide structured operational feedback on production systems and tools.
• Perform other assigned Commercial Operations tasks.

• Clear communication with executive leadership, maintenance teams, and operations crews.
• High standards for safety, compliance, documentation, and accountability.
