Construction Reality Capture Technician

Location: Oslo, Norway. Workplace: On-site at active construction sites in and around Oslo. The role requires independent travel to assigned sites.

What you will do

• Operate 360° cameras and other reality capture equipment to document construction progress.
• Follow technical capture instructions covering site coverage, camera positioning, routes, and sequencing.
• Walk extensively across active construction sites, including uneven terrain and changing outdoor conditions.
• Use required PPE and follow site-specific HSE procedures and safety instructions.
• Report daily progress, site-access issues, hazards, safety concerns, and equipment problems to the Project Team.
• Maintain and transport equipment responsibly and complete capture records accurately.

Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods and walk extensively across active construction sites.
• Ability to work safely on uneven terrain and in varying weather conditions.
• Reliability, punctuality, attention to detail, and the ability to follow precise technical instructions.
• Clear communication and ability to work independently while staying connected with the Project Team.
• Ability to travel independently to construction sites in and around Oslo.
• Compliance with Norwegian HSE regulations and site safety procedures is required. Required safety training and induction will be completed before site work.

Nice to have

• Experience on construction, civil engineering, surveying, or infrastructure sites.
• Experience with 360° cameras, reality capture, laser scanning, or similar equipment.
• Experience with technical procedures, inspection processes, documentation standards, or field-based technical work.

• Part-time, project-based employment with duration dependent on the relevant construction project.
• Daytime schedules generally operate around 07:00–16:00 and are communicated in advance.
