Business Operations Lead (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Oslo-Fornebu, Norway, based in the Oslo office with frequent travel to regional sites across Norway

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day operations across all Norwegian sites and teams, establishing consistent nationwide standard operating procedures.
• Structure, audit, and enforce site compliance, health and safety routines, and working-hour models under Norwegian regulations.
• Coordinate the Oslo hub with regional site leads, field technicians, and facility operators.
• Manage vendor relationships, facility service contracts, logistics, procurement, and supply chain requirements.
• Develop incident response, business continuity, and risk-mitigation frameworks.
• Track operational KPIs and report performance and compliance updates to executive leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations leadership, site operations, or operational management within Norway.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Economics, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is valued.
• Deep practical understanding of the Norwegian Working Environment Act, regulatory bodies, and Norwegian HSE regulations.
• Experience designing operational processes, identifying compliance gaps, and building structured frameworks.
• Experience managing multi-site supplier networks, maintenance contracts, and facility budgets.
• Native or full professional fluency in Norwegian and full professional fluency in English.
