What you will do

• Strengthen a proactive safety culture and drive HSE excellence across the organization.
• Lead and continuously improve the Quality Management System.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, industry, and corporate requirements.
• Plan and manage internal, external, customer, and certification audits.
• Lead investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action processes.
• Advise the Leadership Team and collaborate with local and global stakeholders on HSE, quality, compliance, risk, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Extensive relevant experience in HSE, Quality, Compliance, or Operational Excellence within an engineering, manufacturing, marine, or industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of HSE legislation, ISO-based management systems, audit methodology, root cause analysis, corrective action management, and compliance governance.
• Strong leadership, communication, influencing, and business judgment skills.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to challenge constructively and promote high standards.
• Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Work is based in Kristiansand, Norway.
