What you will do
- Conduct research on Vision Language Models for fraud detection, face matching, and document extraction.
- Work with large-scale proprietary image and video datasets and train models on multi-GPU infrastructure.
- Develop machine learning and computer vision models for government IDs and biometric data.
- Publish research at international conferences and contribute to advances in biometrics and document understanding.
- Collaborate with Applied Scientists in Paris and London under the mentorship of a senior machine learning scientist.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Computer Science Master's or PhD program, or a related field.
- Proficiency with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Ability to write research code in Python.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and willingness to learn.
- Work location: Paris, France.
- Relocation is not available.
Nice to have
- Practical deep learning experience, especially in computer vision.
- Experience prototyping ideas from research papers.
- Working knowledge of AWS, cloud computing, and Git.
