Risk Consulting Partner - Process, Risk & Controls (Energy)

What you will do

• Serve as a trusted advisor using technical, industry, and risk advisory expertise.
• Lead, manage, motivate, and mentor multidisciplinary client-service teams.
• Develop new business through marketplace relationships, proposals, and opportunity development.
• Oversee a diverse client portfolio, including profitability, delivery quality, and engagement risk.
• Manage multiple client projects and lead internal initiatives.
• Recruit and develop future firm leaders while modeling hirify.global’s core values.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, accounting, or a related discipline.
• At least 12 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 9 years in public accounting or professional services.
• Experience as an internal auditor or controls specialist, including internal audit and SOX risk and control assessments in the energy industry.
• Applicable certification such as CPA, CIA, or CMA.
• Recent success developing new business and conducting market-facing activities.
• Advanced written, verbal, presentation, and senior-management communication skills; ability to travel for client needs.
