All-Source Analyst

Salary: $195,000–$270,000 per year

What you will do

• Analyze foreign naval strategies, operational capabilities, organizational structures, leadership, proficiency, and training methodologies.
• Assess foreign navies’ future operational intent, strategic plans, and likely courses of action.
• Produce and disseminate finished intelligence products, executive briefings, and responses to requests for information.
• Draft, evaluate, and optimize intelligence collection requirements for priority foreign naval entities.
• Conduct technical analysis and historical reconstruction of foreign naval operations and exercises.
• Produce recurring all-source analytical products on naval operations, strategy, doctrine, campaign planning, command structures, and leadership dynamics.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• At least 10 years of experience in intelligence analysis.
• Advanced training demonstrated through a college degree, certifications, or advanced military training school.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to engage with government stakeholders at all levels.

Nice to have

• 15 or more years of relevant experience.
• Recent college or industry degree or certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in an intelligence-related field.
