What you will do
- Provide technical leadership across multiple engineering areas and teams.
- Own complete solutions throughout their lifecycle, including architecture, development, deployment, and operations.
- Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and engineering teams to solve complex problems and build enterprise applications.
- Lead design sessions and code reviews while ensuring solution quality, usability, performance, reliability, and availability.
- Develop mobile and web features using Flutter, Dart, Kotlin, Swift, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices across teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software development experience with mobile or web frameworks and SDKs.
- Production experience building applications with Flutter and Dart.
- Expertise in at least two modern programming languages, such as Kotlin, Swift, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Dart.
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, dependency injection, state management, reactive programming, architecture, design patterns, testing, and debugging.
- Experience with CI/CD, infrastructure as code, REST APIs, application monitoring, performance assessment, and large codebases.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or experience.
