Bilingual (Spanish) Training Specialist, EMEA (Cybersecurity)

Location: Must permanently reside in Ireland. Hybrid for candidates within commuting distance of the Cork office; fully remote for candidates elsewhere in Ireland.

What you will do

• Deliver customer and partner training on Keeper products, features, best practices, customization, and optimization.
• Adapt training content for different audiences and skill levels through interactive sessions, workshops, and webinars.
• Create and update training materials, including guides, videos, webinars, and other learning resources.
• Assess customer training needs, collect feedback, provide post-training support, and improve adoption.
• Maintain records of customer configurations, customizations, communications, and training resources.
• Share customer insights with internal teams to support product improvements and customer support.

Requirements

• Permanent residence in Ireland.
• Native Spanish and fluent written and spoken English.
• At least one year of experience developing and delivering training, preferably in a B2B SaaS or customer service environment.
• Strong understanding of SaaS products and technologies, with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt content to different audiences, manage customer relationships, and solve problems analytically.
• Experience with Google Docs and Microsoft Office tools, plus strong organizational and project management skills.
