Lead Product Manager (GenAI)

Location: Remote in Australia and New Zealand

What you will do

• Own the strategy and roadmap for customer-facing generative AI experiences.
• Identify opportunities where AI can improve creative workflows and lead them from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Study how creative professionals work and develop a point of view on emerging models, tools, and capabilities.
• Prototype concepts with AI, rapid coding, and hands-on model experimentation.
• Partner with Design and Engineering to build products balancing creative quality, usability, model performance, speed, scale, and cost.
• Lead through influence across Product, Design, Engineering, external partners, executives, and senior leaders.

Requirements

• Experience leading strategy and roadmaps for customer-facing digital products.
• Deep hands-on fluency in generative AI and generative media, including models, APIs, and emerging capabilities.
• Understanding of creative professionals and the quality standards required for professional creative work.
• Commercial judgment and experience using customer insight, data, and experimentation to guide decisions.
• Ability to connect product choices to adoption, retention, revenue, and cost.
• Clear communication and confident decision-making in a senior individual contributor role.
