Inventory Control Analyst - CLS (Automotive Finance)

Location: Hybrid role based in Irving, Texas, United States, with three days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Review and evaluate floorplan inventory audit results and related portfolio data.
• Monitor portfolio performance, identify high-risk situations, and communicate findings.
• Recommend audit frequency based on policy requirements and apparent risk.
• Interface with dealer personnel, on-site auditors, and outsourced audit vendors to resolve exceptions.
• Support problem-account handling, dealer workouts, liquidations, due diligence, and dealership monitoring.
• Report audit trends and evaluate vendor scheduling and quality performance.

Requirements

• Understanding of automotive dealership operations and commercial lending, preferably captive automotive dealership financing.
• Knowledge of financial statement analysis and dealer workouts.
• Excellent analytical, oral, written, interpersonal, persuasive communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with all levels of management and operate independently when making risk-related decisions.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree, bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

• Directly related automotive experience in commercial lending.
• Associate, bachelor's, or master's degree in a related field.
