Systems Engineer II

Location: Manila, Philippines; office-based work environment

What you will do

• Support the development and installation of networking and computing infrastructure.
• Select technology solutions across available networking, computing, and software platforms.
• Monitor existing network systems and identify potential issues or bottlenecks.
• Install and configure operating systems and application software.
• Implement system security and data backup best practices.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with IT support staff, vendors, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–5 years of related experience and/or training.
• Experience with computing networks, platforms, and software architectures.
• Knowledge of system requirements definition, traceability, and verification methods.
• Experience planning system test activities.
• Strong analytical, presentation, organizational, written, and oral communication skills; ability to work within project deadlines and cost and schedule constraints.
