Location: Glendale, California, United States; hybrid schedule with in-office work Tuesday–Thursday, currently at least three days per week and increasing to at least four days per week from January 5, 2026. Must be willing to work in Glendale and provide relocation, housing, and transportation independently.
Hourly rate: up to $18.47 per hour

Animation produces animated films and series with artists, technologists, innovators, and creators working in a collaborative production environment.
What you will do
- Develop visual concepts for feature animated films and television projects based on story, characters, and action.
- Gather reference material, create mood boards, and design sets, props, color keys, and other production visuals.
- Work with Production Designers and mentors through concept designs to final designs during a 10-week production experience.
- Ask questions, clarify notes, and incorporate feedback into completed designs.
- Communicate progress to supervisors and production staff while consistently meeting deadlines.
Requirements
- Strong Photoshop skills.
- Currently pursuing an associate, bachelor’s, or graduate degree, or graduated within the last six months.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
- Must be willing to work in Glendale, California, with regular in-office attendance.
Nice to have
- Experience with 3D tools such as Maya, Blender, or ZBrush.
