Facility Specialist

What you will do

• Oversee daily facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, preventive care, and building system performance.
• Coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers to complete maintenance and repair work on schedule.
• Inspect facilities, identify safety hazards and maintenance needs, and coordinate emergency procedures.
• Maintain work orders, equipment records, maintenance documentation, budgets, and related expenses.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules, analyze performance data, and recommend efficiency and cost-saving improvements.
• Manage space allocation and coordinate facility modifications, renovations, and communication with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in facility management, building operations, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Experience with facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, OSHA standards, and local Saudi building codes.
• Vendor and contractor management experience, with strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills; familiarity with preventive maintenance and equipment troubleshooting.

Nice to have

• Experience with CMMS software.
• Knowledge of energy management and sustainability practices.
• CAD software proficiency for space planning and facility layout design.
