What you will do
- Coordinate with PMCs on executive commercial reporting, cost control, commercial strategy, and pre- and post-contract management.
- Develop and govern standard cost, commercial, cashflow, risk, and project reporting formats across the programme.
- Prepare consolidated programme budgets, monthly cashflows, project cost reports, trend analysis, change reports, and executive commercial reports.
- Develop cost benchmarks, elemental cost plans, tender price indices, professional fee benchmarks, construction cost benchmarks, and market analyses for KSA.
- Support procurement guideline development, programme change control, baseline budget updates, business planning, and commercial strategy.
- Consolidate PMC risk registers and lead contracts, risk, and commercial support functions to ensure timely delivery of project outputs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or quantity surveying.
- Minimum 15 years of post-graduation experience, including prior experience as a Senior Commercial Manager.
- MRICS, CIOB, or an equivalent professional certification.
- Experience with commercial management, procurement, and contract management for major civil and infrastructure projects, including urban developments, roads, bridges, and utilities.
- Knowledge of international contracting mechanisms, including FIDIC and NEC, plus project management software and MS Office.
- Fluency in written and spoken English, with strong leadership, communication, planning, client-focus, and commercial awareness competencies.
