TL;DR
Manager, Source-to-Contract, Americas (Strategic Sourcing/Procurement): Managing regional source-to-contract operations, sourcing events, negotiations, contracting, and stakeholder alignment across the Americas with an accent on team leadership, procurement strategy, compliance, and digital requirements. Focus on improving service delivery, coordinating cross-functional sourcing and contracting activities, and driving data, privacy, cybersecurity, and process improvements.

Location: Bogotá, Colombia. The role supports the Americas region and requires partial coverage of Americas time zone working hours, with a schedule of 8:00 PM–5:00 PM Bogota time, Monday to Friday. Up to 5% domestic and international travel is required.

What you will do

  • Lead Source-to-Contract service delivery operations and manage individual contributors and/or supervisors.
  • Oversee sourcing events, price and contract-term negotiations, contract drafting and execution, and stakeholder management.
  • Partner with procurement, legal, compliance, IT, security, and other functions to align sourcing and contracts with business and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and execute procurement strategies using market intelligence, risk assessments, and total cost projections.
  • Drive improvements in user experience, operational effectiveness, efficiency, and digital processes.
  • Train, coach, and upskill teams on new digital tools and processes while building alignment with regional business partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent university degree.
  • 6–8 years of experience in procurement, finance, or a related business field.
  • Experience leading large teams in a matrixed structure or service delivery environment.
  • Strategic, data-oriented thinking with strong collaboration, communication, influencing, and change-management skills.
  • Fluency in English, written and oral, is required.
  • Ability to work partial Americas time zone coverage and travel up to 5% domestically and internationally.

Nice to have

  • MBA or another advanced degree.
  • Understanding of sourcing and contracting processes and source-to-settle operations.
  • Shared services industry experience.
  • Fluency in Portuguese for supported regions.
