TL;DR
Sr Anlst Contract Serv (Procurement/Source-to-Contract): Managing sourcing events, contract negotiations, drafting, execution, and stakeholder coordination for the Americas region with an accent on process compliance, operational efficiency, and digital requirements. Focus on implementing automation and AI initiatives, owning S2C tool enhancements, and aligning contracts with legal, privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements.
Location: Bogotá, Distrito Capital, Colombia. The role requires partial coverage of Americas time zone working hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00 PM–5:00 PM Bogotá time, including a one-hour break. Up to 5% domestic and international travel is required.

What you will do
- Mentor and collaborate with Source-to-Contract analysts.
- Manage sourcing events, contract-term negotiations, contract drafting and execution, stakeholder management, service levels, and policy compliance.
- Implement category strategies, sourcing and contracting cases, and other critical procurement activities.
- Drive improvements in user experience, operational effectiveness, and process efficiency.
- Support automation and AI initiatives, acting as product owner for Source-to-Contract tools and AI features.
- Partner with Procurement, Legal, Compliance, IT, and Security teams on category strategy, data privacy, cybersecurity, regulatory needs, and data requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent university degree.
- 4–6 years of experience in Procurement, Finance, or a relevant business function.
- Strong collaboration, communication, influencing, adaptability, and continuous-improvement skills.
- Good understanding of sourcing, contracting, and Source-to-Settle operations.
- Fluency in English, written and oral, is required.
- Work from Bogotá, Colombia, with partial coverage of Americas working hours.
Nice to have
- MBA or another advanced degree.
- Fluency in Portuguese for supported regions.
- Experience in the shared services industry.
