Junior Localization Vendor & Resource Manager (Localization Technology)

What you will do

• Support sourcing, evaluation, and recruitment of linguists and specialized contributors.
• Assess and rank professionals using data-driven processes to improve resource matching.
• Maintain accurate, standardized, and up-to-date resource database profiles.
• Monitor trends, forecast language and service needs, and identify talent gaps across markets and service types.
• Support cost optimization, operational coverage, resource allocation, and bottleneck resolution.
• Prepare reports on recruitment funnel performance, coverage, resource quality, and operational outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience in vendor management, resource management, or community management.
• Analytical mindset and ability to interpret basic data.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with freelancers and partners.
• High attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, dashboards, and other web-based tools.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
