What you will do
- Serve as a finance focal point for Competitive Performance programs and value delivery initiatives.
- Partner with Sales, Operations, Technology, Supply Chain, Performance Delivery Teams, and Enterprise Performance Delivery leaders.
- Lead financial reviews, challenge business improvement opportunities, and validate assumptions, expected benefits, and implementation plans.
- Support competitive benchmarking and translate financial, commercial, operational, and productivity insights into performance gaps and actionable recommendations.
- Maintain visibility of value creation initiatives across actuals, forecasts, and business plans, and prepare performance communications for leadership.
- Improve analytics, reporting, visualization, automation, and performance management tools in partnership with Finance Technology and Digital teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
- Experience in Finance, Strategy, Business Performance, FP&A, Consulting, Continuous Improvement, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and business case development skills.
- Experience working across multiple functions in a complex business environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Ability to demonstrate enterprise thinking, critical thinking, collaboration, and focus on measurable business outcomes.
Nice to have
- MBA, CPA, CFA, or another advanced professional qualification.
- Experience with business performance improvement or value delivery programs.
- Knowledge of digital analytics and business intelligence platforms such as Power BI.
- Experience in a global matrix organization and understanding of commercial, operational, and strategic business drivers.
