Operational Resilience Specialist – Resilience Pillars Integration

What you will do

• Define and embed minimum operational resilience and business continuity requirements across people, premises, technology, third party, and data pillars.
• Coordinate the Pillars Integration pod and collaborate with global pillar owners, change management teams, and other stakeholders.
• Identify, prioritise, and oversee dependencies supporting Important Business Services and Important Internal Services.
• Integrate resilience data into enterprise tooling solutions and support data quality and conformance monitoring.
• Produce management information and analyse resilience risks, vulnerabilities, non-conformance, and the impact of organisational, process, technology, and third-party changes.
• Lead defined projects and workstreams, escalating risks and supporting consistent resilience practices.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of operational resilience and business continuity across people, premises, technology, third party, and data.
• Several years of experience in operational control, resilience, business continuity, risk management, or a related discipline within financial services.
• Understanding of regulatory expectations and their translation into practical frameworks, policies, and controls.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders across functions, regions, and seniority levels.
• Strong analytical, written, verbal communication, delivery, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to lead defined initiatives independently in a fast-paced and changing environment.
