What you will do

• Improve development workflow by validating, proposing, and communicating new technologies and processes.
• Manage team asset utilization by allocating work based on skills, experience, and workload.
• Prioritize tasks and lead sprint kickoff to explain task order within the sprint strategy.
• Design solutions aligned with project business models and user flows, including involvement in client demos and meetings.
• Ensure high-performance, scalable, and maintainable platforms by choosing the right technical architecture, data model, and framework.
• Drive code quality through regular code reviews and automated testing, ensuring sufficient test coverage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 5 years hands-on software development experience using cloud-native & open-source technology stacks.
• At least 3 years in an Agile environment utilizing methodologies like BDD, TDD, and continuous integration/delivery.
• 5+ years of experience with NodeJS.
• 3+ years of experience with NestJS.
• Expert with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Strong experience with ReactJS.
