Recruitment Associate

Location: Remote Serbia (Belgrade); permanently remote with an 8-hour workday within 3:00 AM–3:00 PM EST core hours.

Salary: $800–$1,200 per month, based on experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and hiring platforms.
• Screen applications and resumes, conduct interviews, and assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Create and publish job advertisements and provide a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain candidate databases, track recruitment metrics, and use the applicant tracking system.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to clarify staffing needs and role requirements.
• Monitor recruitment trends, market conditions, and talent acquisition best practices.

Requirements

• Entry-level profile with 0–3 years of experience; recent graduates are welcome.
• English is required, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, enthusiasm, presentation skills, and ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to manage multiple candidates, including statuses, resumes, interview notes, and assessments.
• Familiarity with ATS tools.

Nice to have

• Experience hiring or working with UI/UX designers.
• Understanding of design roles and creative portfolios.
