Compliance Assistant (iGaming)

Location: Fully remote — work from anywhere

Provides white-label casino, sportsbook, and B2B aggregation solutions with a library of more than 30,000 games, sports events, and payment options for the iGaming industry.

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day administrative and secretarial support to the Compliance department.
• Collect, structure, and log information in regulatory platforms and case management systems.
• Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and document registers.
• Handle sensitive or escalated queries and correspondence across departments.
• Prepare compliance reports and presentations for management.
• Schedule meetings and prepare agendas.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional experience handling regulatory or compliance-related documentation.
• Confident use of complex regulatory platforms or case management systems.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in regulated markets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a methodical and organised approach.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly.
• Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.

Nice to have

• Experience with UK, Malta, or the Isle of Man regulatory environments.
• Experience in the iGaming or gambling industry.
