AML & RG Specialist - DK (iGaming)

What you will do

• Identify customer compliance risks and take action on accounts, document requests, and additional checks.
• Conduct customer risk assessments, including source-of-wealth reviews, and support sustainable customer spending.
• Investigate customers identified by Responsible Gaming and AML models and escalate cases to governance teams when required.
• Monitor regulatory and market changes and ensure casework meets applicable standards.
• Work with Customer Service and other teams to handle escalations, improve first-contact resolution, and strengthen processes.
• Support onboarding and training, share knowledge, and complete investigations and other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of Responsible Gaming, AML, and the iGaming industry.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and customer-centric decision-making skills.
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback, work reliably and independently, and contribute as a team player.
• Willingness to share knowledge, support colleagues, and lead by example.
