AML Officer (iGaming)

What you will do

• Review and investigate alerts indicating potential AML risks and take appropriate remediation action.
• Handle AML cases, escalated queries, and complaints, ensuring timely investigation and resolution.
• Identify gaps in AML processes and create or improve procedures where needed.
• Assist with developing and maintaining AML policies, procedures, training materials, and training sessions.
• Work with Customer Support, Responsible Gaming, Compliance, and CRM teams to maintain responsible gaming standards.
• Prepare reports and presentations on responsible gaming activities and outcomes for management.

Requirements

• Previous AML experience in the iGaming industry.
• Strong understanding of AML principles, practices, gaming regulations, and regulated-market standards.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Fluent English required.
• Knowledge of MGA and UKGC gaming licences is advantageous.
