Duty Supervisor (Airport Operations)

Location: Bangkok, Thailand; onsite airport operations

What you will do

• Supervise passenger and aircraft handling operations during assigned shifts.
• Monitor safety, security, regulatory compliance, service quality, and operational KPIs.
• Coordinate VIP, MAAS, PRM, and other special-category guest requirements.
• Manage operational disruptions, delays, diversions, and recovery activities with internal control teams and service providers.
• Maintain and rehearse emergency response, disruption planning, and business continuity plans.
• Coordinate ancillary sales, delay reporting, local documentation, and follow-up actions.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in service, hospitality, airline, or retail operations.
• Relevant knowledge of aviation, travel industry, airport policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Previous supervisory experience in a high-pressure, multicultural shift environment.
• Strong communication and supervisory skills with a service-oriented approach.
• Ability to balance guest needs and corporate interests while maintaining high safety and security standards.
• Degree-level education or equivalent relevant industry experience is desirable.
