What you will do
- Manage security programs supporting regional and divisional operations across APJ.
- Provide guidance to site and subsidiary security operations and ensure organizational standards are implemented.
- Assess security exposures, define priorities, and implement risk mitigation programs, policies, procedures, and controls.
- Conduct and support regional investigations, including evidence gathering and preservation.
- Support executive protection, crisis management, site security, brand security, and employee security-awareness programs.
- Monitor third-party vendor security practices, maintain incident reporting data, and coordinate with government, industry, and intelligence professionals.
Requirements
- Four-year or graduate degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Law Enforcement, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Typically 7–10 years of experience in law enforcement, military, intelligence, specialized security systems, or a related field.
- Experience with physical security operations, asset protection, access controls, risk analysis, incident response, and security management.
- Ability to analyze complex security situations, influence stakeholders, and lead or contribute to cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong communication, results orientation, learning agility, digital fluency, and customer centricity.
Nice to have
- Certified Protection Professional (CPP) certification.
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification.
- CISM, CISA, or similar industry certification.
