is supporting a major global investment banking transformation programme alongside a technology services and infrastructure provider.
What you will do
- Assess and redesign end-to-end patch management and vulnerability remediation processes.
- Define the future-state patch management operating model and transformation roadmap.
- Identify automation and orchestration opportunities across enterprise infrastructure.
- Help define tooling and technology requirements across server, operating system, network, container, and database environments.
- Drive operational improvements and reduce the existing vulnerability backlog.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, operations, service management, technical, and executive stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong enterprise infrastructure architecture or automation experience.
- Proven experience with patch management and/or vulnerability management.
- Experience designing or improving large-scale infrastructure processes.
- Strong understanding of automation and orchestration across enterprise infrastructure.
- Good knowledge of ServiceNow and ITSM processes.
- Experience delivering operational transformation or significant process improvement in complex enterprise environments.
Nice to have
- Experience reducing large-scale vulnerability backlogs.
