German-Speaking Affiliate Manager

Location: Remote from Kenya, Romania, South Africa, or Turkey; working hours must align with GMT+0 to GMT+4 and DACH business hours.

What you will do

• Manage the partnership inbox and daily communication with affiliate partners and networks about offers, tracking, commissions, traffic, and fraud.
• Build and maintain the media kit, sell website placements and newsletter slots, and manage bookings.
• Negotiate CPA and CPS rates, exclusive codes, bonus commissions, and other commercial terms.
• Source new shops, brands, and fintech partners through affiliate networks and direct deals.
• Track clicks, conversions, EPC, basket size, commissions, and rejection rates, identifying underperforming partners.
• Report on placement revenue, pipeline, partner performance, and open issues while using AI tools to improve inbox management and reporting.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on affiliate marketing experience from a publisher, network, or advertiser perspective.
• Experience managing affiliate partner and network relationships, including offers, tracking, and commissions.
• Working knowledge of CPA, CPS, CPC, and CPL models and affiliate performance metrics such as EPC, conversion, and rejection rates.
• Experience independently pricing, negotiating, and closing affiliate deals or paid placements.
• Native or fully fluent German and good English for daily partner communication.
• Must be based in Kenya, Romania, South Africa, or Turkey and able to work during DACH business hours.

• Experience with cashback, coupon, deal, or comparison sites, or affiliate networks such as Awin, Adcell, CJ, or financeAds.
• Experience in e-commerce or fintech affiliate programs.
• Awareness of reputational considerations around cashback and coupon browser extensions.
