Sales Intern (UK, Universal Pictures)

What you will do

• Provide proactive administrative support to the UK Sales team.
• Download, verify, correct, and consolidate daily box office figures for sign-off.
• Create and maintain Universal slate presentations in PowerPoint.
• Coordinate with Finance on box office receipt queries and maintain film release dates in the box office system.
• Organize exhibitor screenings, collect feedback, and support industry events.
• Run market analysis and track title performance, trends, and growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom without restriction for the full internship period.
• Availability to work in the Central London office on-site four days per week.
• Current undergraduate student returning to full-time education in Autumn 2028, or seeking work experience after completing A-Levels, an equivalent course, or an Apprenticeship.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, teamwork, initiative, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in film and film distribution.
