Product Compliance Manager (AI Hardware)

What you will do

• Coordinate product certification and market-access activities across relevant markets.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess their implications for products and business operations.
• Maintain an overview of product compliance and certification requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
• Coordinate implementation across Hardware, Product Development, Production, Procurement, and other functions.
• Manage compliance documentation, technical files, declarations, certification records, and evidence of compliance.
• Coordinate with certification bodies, laboratories, consultants, auditors, customers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Higher education in engineering, technology, law, business, quality/compliance, or a related discipline.
• Professional experience in product compliance, regulatory compliance, certification, quality, regulatory affairs, or a similar field.
• Experience with hardware or electronic product regulations, including product safety, batteries, electrical and electronic equipment, environmental requirements, waste, or recycling.
• Experience coordinating certification processes, testing, technical documentation, declarations, or interactions with certification bodies and laboratories.
• Strong project, stakeholder management, documentation, monitoring, prioritization, and risk assessment skills.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in an international company.
• Broader compliance experience in sanctions and export controls, third-party due diligence, anti-bribery and corruption, or related corporate compliance areas.
