Spare Parts Coordinator

What you will do

• Manage spare parts requests from initial customer inquiry through final delivery.
• Prepare quotations and process spare parts sales orders.
• Communicate proactively with customers about availability, lead times, and order status.
• Coordinate with procurement, planning, logistics, warehouse operations, and other internal stakeholders.
• Support smooth order fulfillment, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, order processing, spare parts sales, logistics, or a similar operational function.
• Experience working with ERP systems and digital tools.
• Ability to understand and work with technical product information.
• Strong communication skills in Danish and English are required.
• Structured, service-oriented, proactive, solution-oriented, and attentive to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across departments.
