Senior Technology Risk Analyst (iGaming)

What you will do

• Support and mature the technology and cyber risk management framework for PokerStars and Flutter UK and Ireland.
• Plan, run, and document technology and cyber risk review workshops.
• Maintain risk registers, documentation libraries, version control, and supporting evidence.
• Track risk treatment actions, remediation plans, exemptions, and third-party risks through timely closure.
• Guide technology stakeholders on risk identification, assessment, management, and communication.
• Prepare risk reporting and presentations while contributing to information security governance, risk, and compliance initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in a technology or cybersecurity environment, including cyber and technology risk or GRC.
• Experience organizing and documenting risk meetings or workshops, scoring risks, maintaining risk registers, and managing control deficiency exemptions.
• Experience engaging with and challenging stakeholders at different levels on risk assessments.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Confluence.
• Strong organization, prioritization, collaboration, and multitasking skills, with the ability to work independently and deliver in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ISO 27001/2, NIST CSF, ISF SoGP, CIS, or the AWS Cloud Adoption Framework.
• Certifications such as ISO 27001 auditor, CRISC, CCSP, CISA, or CISSP.
• Experience in a highly regulated industry, online gambling, or gambling regulatory requirements.
