Marketing Manager (MENAT)

Location: United Arab Emirates, with a few weeks at headquarters for extended orientation. Office-based roles are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday.

What you will do

• Design a scalable marketing framework for Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 MENAT markets.
• Lead product launches and prioritize markets using data, entry barriers, and localized product-market fit.
• Oversee transcreation and localization of marketing assets across diverse cultural and linguistic markets.
• Build regional communities through social media, influencer partnerships, and localized channels.
• Develop events, community initiatives, and strategic partnerships with brands, NGOs, creators, and industry stakeholders.
• Collaborate with legal and policy teams to ensure compliance with local data privacy standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of marketing experience with a deep pan-regional focus across MENAT.
• 5+ years of experience in consumer technology.
• Fluent Arabic is required; English is the core working language.
• Experience managing marketing in fragmented markets with varied demographics, cultures, and economic conditions.
• Ability to work independently, influence a global or US-based headquarters, and advocate for regional budgets, localized product features, and compliance needs.
• Analytical, resourceful, hands-on approach with a data-driven test-and-learn mindset.
