Senior Software Engineer (C#/.NET): Building the next generation of OMEN Gaming Hub desktop software for gaming PCs and accessories with an accent on WPF/Avalonia user experiences, hardware control, and maintainable architecture. Focus on designing reliable features, improving performance, debugging complex desktop software, and integrating device and graphics hardware APIs.

What you will do
- Design, develop, test, and maintain features for the next generation of OMEN Gaming Hub.
- Build desktop user experiences with C#, .NET, WPF, and Avalonia.
- Contribute to technical design, code reviews, debugging, and software quality improvements.
- Collaborate with product and engineering colleagues to turn requirements into well-designed features.
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies and use GitHub and Jira for development workflow, task management, and bug tracking.
- Improve software architecture, performance, and maintainability.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in systems engineering, programming, or a related field.
- Strong professional experience with C# and .NET.
- Experience developing desktop applications with WPF and/or Avalonia.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design, software architecture, debugging, testing, and maintainable code.
- Experience collaborating through GitHub and working in a Scrum environment with Jira.
- Four-year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience and demonstrated competence.
Nice to have
- Experience with both WPF and Avalonia or with modernizing desktop applications.
- Familiarity with Intel, AMD, or NVIDIA SDKs and APIs for hardware control or overclocking.
- Experience communicating with USB RGB components through HID commands or similar device protocols.
- Familiarity with automated testing and CI/CD practices.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools or vibe-coding workflows with careful code validation.
