Junior Localization Vendor & Resource Manager - Internship (On-site)

What you will do

• Support sourcing, evaluation, recruitment, and database growth for linguists and specialized contributors.
• Assess and rank professionals using data-driven processes to improve project matching.
• Maintain complete, standardized, accurate, and up-to-date resource profiles.
• Monitor trends, forecast language and service needs, and identify talent gaps across markets and service types.
• Support cost optimization, operational coverage, and resource allocation with Project Managers and Quality Managers.
• Prepare reports on recruitment funnel performance, coverage, resource quality, and operational outcomes.

Requirements

• Entry-level profile with experience or interest in vendor management, resource management, or community management.
• Analytical mindset and interest in developing data-driven recruitment strategies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with freelancers and partners.
• High attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, dashboards, and other web-based tools.
• Fluency in English is required.
