Content Marketing Intern (Dutch Speaking) - Growing Impact Scale Up

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; hybrid work with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office

Salary: €600 per month; 25 vacation days pro-rated

What you will do

• Create written, visual, and video content for social media, email, websites, customer stories, and other marketing assets.
• Plan content calendars, publish organic social content, monitor performance, and test new formats.
• Support the setup, execution, and optimization of LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, and other demand-generation campaigns.
• Explore AI-powered tools for content creation, ideation, design, video production, and marketing automation.
• Track campaigns, leads, and content performance while identifying ways to improve marketing efficiency and generate qualified leads.

Requirements

• Dutch and English fluency in speaking and writing is required.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with content creation and design tools such as Canva, Figma, Adobe InDesign, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Veo, Midjourney, or similar.
• Strong interest in content marketing, digital marketing, social media, brand building, and growth marketing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, communicate clearly, and learn through experimentation and feedback.

Nice to have

• German language skills.
• Video editing and content production experience.
• Marketing copywriting, social media management, and content planning experience.
• Basic understanding of SEO, SEA, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or email marketing.
• Spanish language skills.
