ACC Data Analyst (Data Centre Construction)

Location: Onsite in Mons, Belgium

What you will do

• Collect, validate, analyse, and present cost, schedule, resource, and project performance data.
• Develop and maintain project dashboards, KPI reports, and weekly or monthly performance reports.
• Support budget tracking, expenditure analysis, cost forecasting, cash flow planning, and change management.
• Analyse earned value, commitments, actual costs, projected final costs, trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare executive-level reporting packs and provide data-driven insights to project controls, cost management, commercial, and project management teams.
• Improve reporting tools, databases, dashboards, data governance, and automated reporting processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, quantity surveying, business analytics, data analytics, finance, or an equivalent field.
• Experience in project controls, cost management, commercial management, or data analytics within major capital projects.
• Strong understanding of project cost reporting and performance measurement.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Power Query, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas.
• Experience with Power BI and dashboard development.
• Strong numerical, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced multidisciplinary project environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with data centre, industrial, pharmaceutical, infrastructure, or EPC/EPCM projects.
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management.
• Experience with Oracle Primavera P6, Deltek Cobra, SAP, or similar project controls systems.
• Knowledge of construction cost management and project forecasting methodologies.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other data analytics tools.
