TL;DR
AI/ML Senior Engineer (AI/ML): Building client AI solutions ranging from AI integrations and new products to agents, assistants, chat interfaces, computer vision, and language model fine-tuning with an accent on data quality, client processes, and production delivery. Focus on taking projects from client requests to production features, evaluating whether data can support a feature, and leading 2–3 engineers.

Location: Office or remote in Georgia, Kazakhstan, or Uzbekistan

What you will do

  • Take AI/ML projects from client requests through production features.
  • Build agents, assistants, chat interfaces, backend routing and optimization solutions, computer vision systems, and language model fine-tuning workflows.
  • Work directly with client managers and client data.
  • Assess whether available data and client processes can support the requested feature.
  • Lead 2–3 engineers on project delivery.

Requirements

  • Senior-level AI/ML engineering experience.
  • Experience delivering AI solutions to production.
  • Ability to work with client data and business processes.
  • Ability to lead a small engineering project team.
  • Availability to work from the office or remotely in Georgia, Kazakhstan, or Uzbekistan.
