Human and Organisational Factors (HOF) Specialist in Robotics (f/m)

What you will do

• Lead human factors studies, including task analysis, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations, for robotics and industrial machinery.
• Assess and reduce risks related to human-robot interaction, workload, situation awareness, display logic, and industrial HMIs.
• Identify HOF risks, formulate actionable design recommendations, and guide implementation.
• Prepare reports and presentations for multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Develop and deliver HOF/HRI guidance, awareness sessions, and training materials for production sites.

Requirements

• Background in Human Factors, Cognitive Ergonomics, Cognitive Psychology, HCI, or an equivalent discipline.
• At least 10 years of HOF professional experience in highly regulated industries such as aviation, rail, nuclear, or military.
• Strong experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods and industry HOF/HMI standards.
• Ability to prepare and deliver HOF training and confidently justify technical positions.
• Experience collaborating with UX designers and robotics engineers across Agile and Waterfall frameworks.
• Advanced English is required.
