Finance Analyst - P2P/O2C/R2R

What you will do

• Process assigned invoices within the required turnaround time.
• Follow up on parked documents and resolve blocked invoices.
• Process reversals, corrections, and recodes for incorrect or updated invoices.
• Resolve GRIR queries and coordinate with external clients and internal stakeholders by email.
• Meet month-end and year-end closing timelines while maintaining productivity and accuracy targets.
• Identify continuous process improvements and share best practices across teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 1.5–4 years of relevant business, BPO, or KPO experience.
• Good knowledge of accounts payable processes and accounting concepts.
• Experience processing invoices for the APAC region.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, another ERP, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia are required. Strong communication, interpersonal, decision-making, problem-solving, analytical, detail-orientation, and teamwork skills are also required.
