What you will do
- Partner with senior leaders and business unit heads to prepare annual budgets and forecasts.
- Conduct competitor, market trend, financial, and operational analysis to support strategic planning.
- Develop and maintain financial models for long-term growth projections.
- Improve budgeting and forecasting through detailed variance analysis.
- Evaluate the efficient use of company assets and investments.
- Support the Director of Finance with financial reporting and commentary.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Ability to analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Experience with competitor and market analysis.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, plus familiarity with advanced financial software and analytical tools.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree or CFA/CPA certification.
- Experience in a similar industry or role.
