What you will do
- Define the instructional framework and drawing pedagogy for the digital learning experience.
- Design structured, step-by-step learning journeys that develop technical skills and creative confidence.
- Create and oversee video-based lessons, exercises, and content units.
- Establish quality standards for clear, engaging, and confidence-building lesson flows.
- Recruit, guide, and provide actionable feedback to freelance creators.
- Collaborate with product and design, using user insights and data to improve the learning experience.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to draw is required, including practical knowledge of drawing fundamentals, visual structure, and artistic decision-making.
- Background in drawing or a related creative field such as illustration, design, animation, fashion, or visual communication.
- Ability to explain complex artistic concepts through clear, structured, step-by-step learning experiences.
- Strong pedagogical thinking and understanding of how people learn and improve.
- Experience managing freelance creators and giving structured, actionable feedback.
- Product sense, technical proficiency, and ability to translate user insights into content decisions.
Nice to have
- Experience working in a technology environment or within organizations.
- Familiarity with AI tools for visual or content workflows.
- Formal or informal teaching experience.
- Experience working with children.
