Senior Content Manager

What you will do

• Enhance the product content offering for users navigating emotionally and logistically difficult experiences.
• Own complex content projects from initial concept through launch in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
• Manage end-to-end content production workflows, including strategy and freelance writer collaboration.
• Write, edit, and refine in-product content such as written guides, audio guides, care plan steps, and meditations.
• Maintain consistent brand voice, messaging, storytelling, tone, and style across the product area.
• Use AI tools for research, ideation, drafting, workflow improvement, and faster content testing.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product, content, UX, or communications.
• Native-level English with exceptional writing, editing, messaging, and storytelling skills.
• Experience addressing grief, illness, caregiving, mental health, bereavement, or other sensitive topics with hirify.global and sensitivity.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills and the ability to collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders.
• Hands-on writing and editing experience, including collaboration with freelance writers.
• Experience using AI tools to materially improve content output, speed, or testing velocity, along with knowledge of content measurement, user insights, testing, and optimization.
